Two Arrested In Raid On Florida Pirate Station

Two men were arrested in a raid on a LAUDERDALE LAKES, FL pirate FM station, reports CBS O&O WFOR-TV (CBS4)/MIAMI. BROWARD COUNTY Sheriff's deputies raided the station, called TRAP and broadcasting on 89.5 FM, after complaints to the FCC from MOODY RADIO Religion WRMB/BOYNTON BEACH, FL and AMERICAN PUBLIC MEDIA Classical WKCP (CLASSICAL SOUTH FLORIDA)/MIAMI, each on a first-adjacent frequency to the pirate.
MIKHAIL RHODD was charged with unauthorized transmissions to or interference with a public or commercial radio station, while MAURICE ROLAND was arrested on a warrant for a previous charge of battery.
