SALEM Religion KKLA/LOS ANGELES and the CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL are giving twelve needy families a day to remember on SATURDAY (12/11) as they enjoy new toys, a concert, and a LOS ANGELES CLIPPERS game at STAPLES CENTER as part of the "Twelve Days of CHRISTMAS" campaign. The families will also receive $150 TARGET gift cards, $150 RALPHS gift cards, and hams.
"KKLA Radio is excited to team up with the CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL to make Christmas extra special for those who are unemployed or facing a family illness," said Program Manager CHUCK TYLER. "For the last five years, KKLA 'Twelve Days of Christmas Campaign' has provided gifts to or more than 200 families."
"The CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL is pleased to join forces with 99.5 KKLA Radio to help needy families," said CHP "CHiPs for Kids" spokesman DONNELL HOLMES. "We look forward to working with them again next year."
