Titans Receiver Randy Moss Denies Calling The Zone/Nashville

TENNESSEE TITANS wide receiver RANDY MOSS publicly refuted speculation that he called a CITADEL Sports WGFX (THE ZONE)/NASHVILLE midday show to criticize Coach JEFF FISHER and the TENNESSEE TITANS organization, reports 24-7 SPORTS.COM.
A week ago, someone named "WOODY" called into 104.5 The Zone's "Three-Hour Lunch" show and berated Fisher for firing former offensive coordinator NORM CHOW over the phone. Although there was no proof that the caller was MOSS, many believed the accent of the caller was similar to the similar, if not identical, to the wide receiver's. The speculation soon grew to national proportion in Sports/Talk media.
On WEDNESDAY, Moss publicly denied any involvement in the call. "First of all, that's not me. That's not my M.O. I would never do an individual like that. I think what I do and what I've done speaks for itself. I conduct myself and carry myself as a man, and if there's something I need to say to you, I'll say it to your face," MOSS said. "I wouldn't go through no radios and try to hide and stuff like that. I heard it was some humor behind it, but no, that wasn't me. I didn't hear it."
