Univision Names Randy Falco EVP/COO

UNIVISION COMMUNICATIONS has hired RANDY FALCO, former AOL Chairman/CEO and NBC UNIVERSAL TELEVISION GROUP Pres./CEO, as EVP/COO, effective immediately. FALCO will be based in NEW YORK and report to Pres./CEO JOE UVA.
