WXPN Launches Musicians On Call Program at St. Christopherâ€™s Hospital for Children

UNIVERSITY OF PENNSYLVANIA Triple A WXPN/PHILADELPHIA has announced that it will expand its MUSICIANS ON CALL program to the ST. CHRISTOPHER’S HOSPITAL FOR CHILDREN. This addition brings the total number of participating hospitals to six.
A launch event taking place TODAY (1/18) will feature remarks by WXPN, ST. CHRISTOPHER’S HOSPITAL FOR CHILDREN and MUSICIANS ON CALL representatives as well as a special visit from singer-songwriter and PENNSYLVANIA native, JOHN FLYNN. After the event, FLYNN will perform live for hospital patients at their bedsides.
