Man Threatened Sony Employees On Christmas Eve

The KNOXVILLE NEWS SENTINEL is reporting that a KINGSTON, TN man, MILES LEDBETTER Jr., made a phone call to SONY MUSIC NASHVILLE this past CHRISTMAS EVE (12/24) threatening to “blow up SONY employees.”
LEDBETTER Jr. stated that "that 'the music had caused him to lose his job, ruined his marriage and many more things," according to an affidavit filed by SONY’s Dir./International Security.
According to the report, police officers went to LEDBETTER’s home to serve two harassment warrants filed over his alleged threats on JANUARY 6th, and LEDBETTER resisted arrest, throwing a punch at one deputy, officers unsuccessfully used a Taser on him, records state.
LEDBETTER is 31 years old and is a manufacturing engineer. He actually ran for political office last year against incumbent County Executive MIKE FARMER and RON WOODY last AUGUST. WOODY was elected.
