Radio Rights Included In ESPN-UEFA Euro 2012-2016 Deal

ESPN's new deal for the U.S. broadcast and digital rights to the UEFA European Football Championship in both 2012 and 2016 includes radio rights, the network said TODAY (2/1). ESPN RADIO and ESPN DEPORTES RADIO, or their sublicensees, will have the American radio rights for the tournaments, while ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN3.com, ESPN DEPORTES, ESPN AUTHENTICATED SERVICES, ESPN MOBILE TV, ESPN.COM, ESPNSOCCERNET.COM, and ESPNDEPORTES.COM will have rights to game coverage as well. ESPN carried UEFA Euro 2008 in the U.S.

UEFA Euro 2012 will be played JUNE 8th-JULY 1st, 2012 in POLAND and UKRAINE, and UEFA Euro 2016 is scheduled to be played in FRANCE.
