The Fish/Atlanta Hosts 'Valentine's Vows' This Saturday

SALEM Christian AC WFSH (104.7 THE FISH)/ATLANTA will hold "VALENTINE'S VOWS" on SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 12th. Five hundred couples will renew wedding vows at MOUNT PISGAH UNITED METHODIST CHURCH (UMC) in a special ceremony at 5:30p (ET). The event will also feature a performance by SPARROW RECORDS artist JOSH WILSON.
Following the ceremony, couples will be treated to a concert from WILSON and a light reception featuring wedding cake and drinks. All couples attending will be registered to win prizes given out throughout the reception including trips on AIRTRAN AIRWAYS, a diamond necklace from DAVID DOUGLAS DIAMONDS, tickets to the 42ND ANNUAL GMA DOVE AWARDS and free registration to the FAMILYLIFE "WEEKEND TO REMEMBER" marriage conference among other prizes.
Couples participating completed an application at www.thefishatlanta.com describing why they should be chosen to take part. Over 1,000 couples applied.
In other station news, THE FISH/ATLANTA recently held the "SUPER DAY OF SERVICE" on SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 5th. Staff and listeners teamed up with SOUTHERN CRESCENT HABITAT FOR HUMANITY on the SATURDAY before the SUPER BOWL to begin construction on four houses in one day. By the end of the day, three exterior and numerous interior walls were standing on all four houses.
