BONNEVILLE Sports WXOS (101 ESPN)/ST. LOUIS host BOB STELTON is returning to SEATTLE as co-host with DAVE GROSBY in middays Noon-3p (PT) at sister Sports KIRO-A (710 ESPN), starting in late MARCH. STELTON worked at crosstown Sports KJR-A/SEATTLE before starting a long run at SPORTING NEWS RADIO.
"We are excited for BOB to make his return to the SEATTLE area. BOB has experienced sustained success on both the local and national levels in some of the most competitive radio markets in the country. To be able to add his energy and sports talk pedigree to our lineup is great," said 710 ESPN PD BRIAN LONG.
"I've known 'ROCKSTAR BOB' for more than a decade when he started his career here," added GROSBY, another KJR alumnus. "It is great to have him back in SEATTLE. We will have fun."
"I have had the opportunity to live and work in some great places but the thought of returning home and doing what I love has always been in the back of my mind," said STELTON. "Now, I'm getting that opportunity to come home and work with somebody with whom I have a great relationship. All I can say is that this show is going to be a lot of fun and it is great to be home."
