NASHVILLE-based publicity company HOT SCHATZ PR has partnered with NOISE NEW MEDIA to provide a new approach to media relations and artist development. The partnership will combine HOT SCHATZ’s reach in television, syndicated radio and print media with NOISE NEW MEDIA’s full-service design, web technologies and fan engagement campaigns.
