MCGAVREN GUILD MEDIA has reached an agreement to represent all of the AMERICAN GENERAL MEDIA radio stations in ALBUQUERQUE, NM. The cluster includes KABG, KAGM, KDLW, KHFM, KKIM, KKIM-A, KARS-A and KLVO.
"It is such a thrill to be back in the capable hands of MCGAVREN GUILD for our national representation," AGM Market Manager GARY COX noted. "From the minute the gun sounded, they have been engaged in positioning our stations, selling their benefits, and fighting for every dollar and share point of every buy. The benefits are tangible and measured in weeks, not months and years. A relationship with MCGAVREN GUILD is like the old theme song from CHEERS,‘where everyone knows your name.’ It’s been a wonderful transition."
"We are thrilled to welcome GARY COX and the entire AMERICAN GENERAL MEDIA family to our extended MCGAVREN GUILD family," MCGAVREN GUILD MEDIA Pres./CEO LISA SIROTKA-SONNENKLAR added. "Not only do they provide us with fantastic stations to sell, but their philosophy is so similar to ours -- that to thrive as an independent business operator you must treat your consumers whether listeners or advertisers -- with fairness and respect; that is the perfect fit for a partnership. We have already hit the ground running for AGM and look forward to doing so for many years to come."
