Sirius XM Offers Customer Slur-vice

SIRIUS XM took the notion of "customer service" to SOUTH PARK depths recently. WBNS-TV reports that subscriber AARON KULWICKI got into a verbal dispute with a company operator that provoked him to cancel his service. Two weeks later, he received a letter from SIRIUS XM with an expletive replacing his last name.
KULWICKI called to complain, but got nowhere after three tries. So he called his WBNS-TV’s consumer reporter. After the media exposure, SIRIUS XM sent a letter of apology and offered a free year of satellite radio service.
