PAMPLIN Adult Standards KKAD-A (SUNNY 1550)/VANCOUVER, OR-PORTLAND has changed its call letters to KKOV-A and is flipping to Talk as "AM 1550, VANCOUVER'S TALK STATION" on APRIL 4th.  The lineup will air SALEM RADIO NETWORK hosts BILL BENNETT, MIKE GALLAGHER, DENNIS PRAGER, MICHAEL MEDVED and HUGH HEWITT along with other syndicated programming.
