CLEAR CHANNEL Talk WTKS (REAL RADIO 104.1)/ORLANDO morning man JASON "BUCKETHEAD" BAILEY, host of The BUCKETHEAD Show, "is challenging Gov. RICK SCOTT over the use of his phrase, 'Let's get to work,'" reports WKMG-TV.
The host, who also has a show on SIRIUS XM, said on his show YESTERDAY (4/11) that, "he owns the service mark on the phrase that SCOTT used during his campaign and on his state website."
"Under The BUCKETHEAD Show LLC, we are now the legal owners on a federal and a state level of the slogan that Gov. RICK SCOTT ran his campaign on. We own 'Let's get to work,'" BUCKETHEAD said.
Along with the announcement, BUCKETHEAD challenged the Governor to see who can create more jobs in 30 days. BUCKETHEAD added if SCOTT can create more jobs, he will go to TALLAHASSEE to deliver the documents and give him the rights to the phrase.
