Syndicated weekly travel show "PETER GREENBERG WORLDWIDE" and the "PETER GREENBERG'S WORLDWIDE TRAVEL MINUTE" feature are moving from WESTWOOD ONE to UNITED STATIONS RADIO NETWORKS, effective immediately. USRN will handle both affiliate marketing and advertising sales for the shows. GREENBERG, Travel Editor for CBS NEWS and former travel correspondent for ABC's "GOOD MORNING AMERICA" and NBC's "TODAY SHOW," also served as Chief Correspondent for the TRAVEL CHANNEL in 1998-2005.
USRN President/COO JIM HIGGINS said, "PETER GREENBERG not only delivers outstanding programming every day of the week, but he also has built his name into a top-tier brand that is both instantly recognizable and unassailable. This is exactly the kind of partnership we seek out at UNITED STATIONS, and we're thrilled to be joining forces with PETER and his entire team."
GREENBERG added, "The folks at UNITED STATIONS have demonstrated a complete understanding of we do, and I look forward to working with them to grow the reach of our programming and deliver even greater results for our affiliates, our advertisers and our audience, each of whom has an insatiable appetite for travel news they can use."
