K-5 COMMUNICATIONS, LLC is selling 80s Oldies WMHZ-A (THE 80'S CHANNEL)/DOVER, DE and FM translators W252CH/DOVER and W286BS/MILFORD, DE to EKO MEDIA GROUP, INC. for $375,000.
In other filings with the FCC, HORIZON CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP is selling noncommercial WTNP/RICHLAND, MI to CALVARY RADIO NETWORK, INC. for $75,000.
PEARL COMMUNICATIONS GROUP is selling the construction permit for new noncommercial FM WRCC/DIBRELL, TN to SOUTH CENTRAL OKLAHOMA CHRISTIAN BROADCASTING INC. for $16,000.
TIMOTHY C. CUTFORTH is selling FM translator K262BB/BOONE, CO to UNITED STATES CP, LLC for $30,000. The translator will rebroadcast Oldies KWRP-A/PUEBLO, CO.
CHARLES A. HECHT and ALFREDO ALONSO are selling the construction permit for WRME-A/HAMPDEN, ME to HILDA C. GALLANT and PAUL SALAS for $1.
UNIVISION has applied for two boosters for its Regional Mexican WQBU (LA QUE BUENA 92.7)/GARDEN CITY, LONG ISLAND-NEW YORK. One will cover most of MANHATTAN (midtown and downtown) with 80 watts, while the other will use 1,200 watts and will boost coverage in BROOKLYN.
ALL-PRO BROADCASTING is applying for a booster at MENIFEE, CA for AC KATY (101.3 THE MIX)/IDYLLWILD, CA. The booster will fill in coverage in the western fringe of the station's 60 dBu coverage area.
And RADIO ASSIST MINISTRY, INC. has applied for silent STAs for FM translators W222BC and W254AR/SANDERSVILLE, GA.

Included in the deal were Classic Hits WDRV-WWDV (THE DRIVE), Adult Hits WILV (REWIND 100.3), and Hot AC WTMX (THE MIX)/CHICAGO; News WTOP-WWWT-WTLP, News WFED-A/WWFD-A (FEDERAL NEWS RADIO), and Regional Mexican WBQH-A/WASHINGTON; Classic Hits WARH (THE ARCH), Country WIL, and Sports WXOS (101 ESPN)/ST. LOUIS and Hot AC WKRQ, Adult Hits WREW (REWIND 94.9), Country WUBE, and Country WYGY (97.3 THE WOLF)/CINCINNATI.
And Receiver ALAN DAVIS' REVITALIZATION PARTNERS, LLC's sale of the former NEW NORTHWEST BROADCASTERS, LLC's five stations in the KLAMATH FALLS, OR market to TOM and ROBERT INGSTAD's BASIN MEDIACTIVE, LLC for $600,000 has closed.
