Beasley Enters Into Content Alliance With Quu, Inc.

BEASLEY BROADCAST GROUP has entered into a strategic alliance with QUU, INC. which will expand BEASLEY's digital capabilities and offerings through the application of QUU's suite of interactive content and technology solutions across its platform. In addition, BEASLEY has become a minority investor in QUU, INC.

Listeners have clearly embraced our online and interactive offerings and are increasingly accessing our streaming broadcasts through mobile devices. Over the next several months BEASLEY stations will incorporate elements of QUU's suite including solutions for interactive advertising, interactive programming and interactive couponing and our alliance with QUU is consistent with our approach towards elevating listener engagement and creating new, highly effective marketing solutions for advertisers."
