To honor AMERICA's servicemen and women, PEAK BROADCASTING Talk KIDO-A/BOISE morning host KEVIN MILLER will be taking a "Freedom Walk" all the way from HAILEY, ID to BOISE MAY 28th-JUNE 4th.
The long walk will begin in HAILEY, the home of POW BOWE BERGDAHL, and will cover 132 miles on Highways 75 and 20 and I-84. The walk will conclude at the FALLEN SOLDIERS MEMORIAL for a rally to honor the sacrifice of the troops.
MILLER said, "During MEMORIAL DAY week, it is important to remind everyone of the sacrifices made for us to live the lives we do. I want to do whatever it takes to show my support to our soldiers."
JASON WILMOT, Dir./AM Operations for PEAK BROACASTING/BOISE, said, "From starting the Letters from Home project for our local military, broadcasting his show with our own 116th for a week at CAMP VICTORY in IRAQ this month, and following that up immediately with a Freedom Walk, KEVIN's dedication to supporting the brave men and women who protect our freedom is nothing short of incredible. We are so proud to support KEVIN's passion to keep the sacrifices by others in the forefront of people's minds and hearts."
