ESPN 1000/Chicago's Harry Teinowitz Pleads Guilty In DUI Case

ESPN Sports WMVP-A (ESPN 1000)/CHICAGO "THE AFTERNOON SALOON" co-host HARRY TEINOWITZ pleaded guilty THURSDAY to misdemeanor DUI, according to the CHICAGO TRIBUNE.
TEINOWITZ was arrested in SKOKIE in MARCH after he failed a field sobriety test; the plea will result in 18 months conditional discharge, 240 hours of community service, fees and fines totaling $2,175, and participation in a victim impact panel on the dangers of DUI; he must also continue to attend ALCOHOLICS ANONYMOUS meetings. He told Judge LAUREN GOTTAINER EDIDIN that the arrest "was probably the best thing that ever happened to me."
