Veteran radio news anchor DANA MILLS is the replacement for AMY HOLMES as JOHN MCCASLIN's co-anchor at TALK RADIO NETWORK ENTERTAINMENT and the WASHINGTON TIMES' "AMERICA'S MORNING NEWS." MILLS, the former KIMN, KYGO, and KOA-A/DENVER and WJR-A and WOMC/DETROIT anchor, fills the gap left when HOLMES moved to TRN's AMERICA'S RADIO NEWS NETWORK to co-anchor 30o (ET) with former KRLD-A/DALLAS host ERNIE BROWN.
TRN-E CEO MARK MASTERS said, "DANA MILLS is an excellent addition to our co-anchored news team. Working together, we've developed the next generation news programming that is rapidly gaining national audience share with over 120 affiliates secured to date and in 15 of the top 30 markets."
MILLS said, "I am thrilled to be joining the exceptional team at AMN, TRN-E and THE WASHINGTON TIMES. They are consummate professionals doing important work in challenging times. I am honored to have the opportunity to contribute to that effort and to work again with my long-time mentor, (TRN-E Director of Programming) PHIL BOYCE."
