NRG Media Ups Andy Ruback, Bruce Kropp To Digital Media Dirs.

NRG MEDIA has promoted LINCOLN, NE Market Manager ANDY RUBACK and SALEM, IL Market Manager BRUCE KROPP to Digital Media Directors. In addition to creating social media strategies specific to each NRG radio market, they will be responsible for developing customized solutions that meet the demands of the stations’ listenership online.
"Both ANDY and BRUCE have developed creative digital models that can be expanded into other markets within our company," COO CHUCK DUCOTY said. "As a result of their enormous success, RUBACK will be charged with guiding the digital platform for the company’s six rated markets while KROPP will focus on the company’s non-rated markets’ digital growth strategies.
"Our commitment will expand as a company to include streaming online and implementation of digital sales strategies that maximize and enhance each radio station’s brand in all NRG radio markets," he continued.
