BONNEVILLE Sports KIRO-A (710 ESPN SEATTLE) and Talk KIRO-F/SEATTLE are holding "tryouts" for listeners to show off their football throwing skills and win a VIP trip to the SEAHAWKS' training camp. Former SEAHAWKS quarterback and 710 ESPN SEATTLE host BROCK HUARD and KIRO-F host and SEAHAWKS pre- and post-game host DORI MONSON will host the "BROCK and DORI's Free Agent Fly-In" event on WEDNESDAY. Contestants will be asked to throw a football from a designated area and hit the cross bar of the field goal. After each round, the distance of the throw will increase until one contestant remains. The winner and a guest will be flown by private jet to the camp to watch practice, tour the facility, get tickets to the AUGUST 20th preseason game, and take home a personalized SEAHAWKS jersey as an "honorary free agent."
"How cool is this? Maybe one of our listeners will step up and start a new QB controversy in SEATTLE!," said KIRO-F PD LARRY GIFFORD. "Show BROCK and DORI your 'rocket' of an arm and get ready to be whisked away on our once-in-a-lifetime SEAHAWKS VIP Free Agent experience."
