BOB WOODWARD, as court-appointed receiver for SPIRIT OF ALASKA BROADCASTING INCORPORATED, is selling Talk KBYR-A/ANCHORAGE, AC KMBQ-F (Q99.7)/WASILLA, AK, and FM translators K203BY/KUPARUK, AK and K261AO/ARCO BASE CAMP, AK to TRILA BUMSTEAD's OHANA MEDIA GROUP, LLC for $1.227 million.
In other filings with the FCC, PJ RADIO, LLC is selling Oldies WDLC-A/PORT JERVIS, NY and AC WTSX/LEHMAN TOWNSHIP, PA to JOERG G. KLEBE's SUNRISE BROADCASTING CORPORATION for $321,200. The stations presently simulcast the buyer's Oldies WGNY-A and AC WJGK (FOX 96.7/103.1)/NEWBURGH, NY under an LMA that began in 2005.
LISTENERS COMMUNITY RADIO OF UTAH, INC. is selling noncommercial KZCL/LOGAN, UT to the UNIVERSITY OF UTAH for $225,000.
GOOD NEWS NETWORK, INC. is selling FM translator K242AM/NEWELL, IA to MINN-IOWA CHRISTIAN BROADCASTING, INC. for $553.13.
And RADIO POWER INC. has requested an extension of its Silent STA for FM translator K278BO/MINERAL WELLS, TX due to financial considerations.
