EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION is buying Top 40 KLTO-F (PARTY 97.7)/MCQUEENEY, TX-SAN ANTONIO from UNIVISION's RAWHIDE RADIO, LLC for $1 million.
In other filings with the FCC, FOUR RIVERS BROADCASTING, INC. is selling Oldies KMFB/MENDOCINO, CA to HOOTEN BROADCASTING COMPANY, LLC for $275,000 (including assumption of promissory notes of $166,639 and $45,861).
SUNSET BROADCASTING, INC. is selling Talk KMET-A (SMART TALK 1490)/BANNING, CA to BANNING RADIO, LLC for $50,000.
BOLD GOLD MEDIA GROUP, L.P. is selling Sports WFBS-A (simulcast of the seller's Sports WICK-A (THE GAME)/SCRANTON)/BERWICK, PA to COLUMBIA BROADCASTING COMPANY for $17,500 plus FM translator W265BM/FOLSTOWN, PA.
And NATIONWIDE INSPIRATIONAL BROADCASTING is selling silent WDLG/THOMASVILLE, AL to DIVINE WORD COMMUNICATIONS for $10,000.
The price for the previously-announced sale of Talk WSRQ-A/SARASOTA and FM translator W295BH/SARASOTA by DONALD and LISA MURPHY's SRQ RADIO, LLC/RINGLING CENTER, LLC to SUSAN NILON and LAUREN RUDD's FLORIDA TALK RADIO is $300,000 ($250,000 for WSRQ, $50,000 for W295BH), according to the paperwork filed with the FCC.
