'The Mikey Show' Begins 28-Hour 'Mikeython' On FM 94/9/San Diego

LINCOLN FINANCIAL MEDIA Alternative KBZT (FM94/9)/SAN DIEGO morning show "THE MIKEY SHOW" brings back the popular "MIKEYTHON," THURSDAY OCTOBER 6th at 6a through FRIDAY OCTOBER 7th at 10a -- 28 straight hours of THE MIKEY SHOW, completely commercial-free to help raise money and awareness for THE AUTISM DISCOVERY INSTITUTE at RADYS CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL.
MIKEY’s oldest son JAKE was diagnosed with Autism in 2008 and since then he’s used his influence on the airwaves to help support Autism research with RADYS CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL. "I love RADYS and what they’ve done not only for my son, but for thousands of other kids and I really hope that we set a record for money raised this year" said KBZT morning host MIKE ESPARZA.
MIKEY has been a tremendous advocate and supporter of RADY CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL-SAN DIEGO and the AUTISM DISCOVERY INSTITUTE. His annual MIKEYTHON has helped raise nearly $100,000 for the Hospital during the past four years and we are so grateful for his support and the incredible support of his listeners," said RADY CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL VP/Development CAROL DAMON-SCHERER.
