VH1 And VH1 Classic Host Times Square Event
On Monday, June 16th, 2014 VH1 and VH1 Classic hosted an exclusive event at the VH1 Times Square studio, showcasing some of their syndicated programs including their new and improved radio prep services and their nightly syndicated classic rock radio show On Tap hosted by Nik Carter. The invitation-only event underscored the true brand power of VH1 and VH1 Classic and featured a welcome address by VH1 President Tom Calderone, a one on one interview with On Tap host Nik Carter and Paul Rodgers, and an intimate, 3 song acoustic performance by Rodgers, who took time away from rehearsing for his show at Town Hall in New York City to attend. Steve Goldstein, Executive VP of Saga Communications, Bob Guerra, National Program Director Cherry Creek Radio and Fred Jacobs, President of Jacobs Media were honored at the event for their involvement in the launch of On Tap.
