Out Of The Mouths Of Babes

A children's Sunday school teacher was helping his class understand why Christians celebrate Easter.
And he had gotten to the point where the stone was rolled away, and Jesus walked out of the tomb.
He asked the wide eyed of 4-5 year olds around him if they knew what Jesus said to the first person he met after He came back to life?
One little fellow almost catapulted himself out of his seat, unable to contain his excitement.
He absolutely knew the answer, and couldn't wait to share it.
"Alright", the teacher asked, "what did Jesus say?"
The little fellow stretched his arms to the sky, raised his head and looked at the heavens,
and exclaimed, in full regalia and majesty, as if at the end of an amazing feat, "Tada!"
Out of the mouths of babes, right?
Only a little child could put it so succinctly, yet say so much.
The Creator of the universe, coming to the Earth in flesh.
Allowing himself to be captured, tried, convicted and killed.
And then returning from the dead, victorious over a foe that had never been defeated.
Making a way for us to have a relationship with Him, and taking away death's sting.
He is risen.
