Just Loud

“Electrified” is the debut track from the New York-based musician, Just Loud, out now via Eleven Seven Label Group’s Five Seven imprint. It can be found on his first EP “Episode 1.” The genre-crossing, fearlessly bold sonic craftsman pulls from myriad influences to bring his musical vision to life. The video for the track was directed by Max Hliva (Childish Gambino and Rae Sremmurd) showcases the effervescent, neon dreamstate induced by the song.
“I always say I have voices in my head where I collect sound,” says Just Loud while talking about the recording sessions. “Sometimes I’d feel Bowie, sometimes I’d feel Gnarls Barkley—I was using sound and music, not just one particular artist,” adds producer Dave “Sluggo” Katz (Neon Trees, Coheed And Cambria)."
“When something is so impactful that it cuts through the clutter it elevates everyone’s standards and that’s what we aim to do with Just Loud,” explains Eleven Seven Label Group CEO Allen Kovac on his decision to sign the artist.
Born in Suffolk, Virginia, the 28-year-old singer’s adolescence largely revolved around the church his family raised him within. However, his rebelliousness eventually led him to be cast away from the church at the age of 15, at which point he moved to New York to pursue making music professionally.
