Amigo The Devil

Austin-based Amigo The Devil recently unleashed his first single "Murder At The Bingo Hall" via Liars Club/Regime Music Group. It's from his sophomore album, Born Against, which is currently out now.
The musician said, “'Murder At The Bingo Hall' is a tongue-in-cheek, first person account of a fiercely competitive, and somewhat paranoid, gamer who takes his bingo a little too seriously. While the title of the track may imply a possible homicide, the figurative murder signifies the protagonist’s triumph over his opponents with his weapons of choice, the dabber and the bingo card. The intensity of the rhythm builds as he inches closer to victory one square at a time, until he jumps up and screams, 'someone should call the cops! I’m killing it.' Just when he begins to feel comfortable, the momentum starts to plateau as he sings, 'Then the room got quiet... My breath was still... It gave me the feeling in my chest, that tightness, that only losing everything will. The game begins now.' The format is called Alternative right? Well I got that covered for you."
Amigo the Devil has announced an extensive 2021 U.S. tour kicking off in August. The entire trek will be supported by Tejon Street Corner Thieves, while IV and the Strange Band (led by Hank Williams III’s son Coleman) and Stephanie Lambring will also appear at select dates. The lengthy 50-plus show itinerary begins on August 18th at Meow Wolf in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and runs all the way through November 18th, when it wraps up in Dallas. It’s the second major headlining tour for Amigo, who will bring his macabre brand of Americana storytelling to each gig. In addition to the headlining shows, Amigo will make festival appearances at Psycho Las Vegas on August 22nd; Riot Fest in Chicago on September 17th; Shaky Knees in Atlanta on October 22nd in Atlanta; and Welcome to Rockville in Daytona Beach, Florida, on November 12th.
Amigo The Devil (a.k.a. Danny Kiranos) released his debut album, Everything Is Fine in 2018.
