Zeke Finn

Ithaca, NY's Zeke Finn has a new single "Long Story Short" out via Gevaldig/CO5 Music. It was produced and co-wriiten by Tony Beliveau of Crash Kings and mixed by Grammy winning Producer Dave Sardy.
Finn explains how much Beliveau and Sardy helped him with this new song. "In my first session with Tony I remember him saying, 'I like your voice and your style but today we’re gonna do things my way and write the best song you’ve ever written.' I told him about my heartbreak and what led me to LA and he responded 'you know you took an hour to tell me your story but you kept saying the words long story short over and over, so that’s what we’re calling this song.' After the song was done we both agreed that it was the best song we both had ever written. This led to a prominent manager trying to buy the song from me. I said no to that and continued to write more songs with Tony which led to me signing a publishing deal and finally leading us to release day on NOV. 8!"
Sardy said, "What do you get when you cross the hooks of a generation raised on computer learning pop melodies with the hard edge of a world that demands you hustle 2-3 side gigs just to eek out a roommate life w enough left over to maybe sing along w your favorite tunes at a pricey music festival? You get the burned-in-your soul hooks of Zeke Finn. Zeke’s songs are what pop can sound like every now and again when un-deniable melodies and lyrics combine to make songs that demand repeat spins at top volume, so play it loud! The song has big sync on Zach Effron's Netflix show "Down To Earth."
Most of Finn's childhood summers were spent performing with his parents in a traveling family circus. After high school, Finn’s dual passions of music and spiritual growth took him first to Israel, then to Brooklyn, New York to play shows. Following a tough breakup and new introspection brought on a meeting with a mystical Rabbi, Finn has relocated to Los Angeles and channeled the heartbreak into his music.
Earlier this year, Finn released a single "Coulda Been A Phone Call" featuring NoMBe.
