My Goodness
Jun 15, 2014

My Goodness is a Seattle-based blues rock trio. They are currently gearing up to release their new full-length album, Shiver + Shake on June 24th via Votiv Records/Caroline. It was recorded and produced by esteemed Seattle producer Rick Parashar (Pearl Jam, Alice In Chains, Blind Melon).
The album's first single, "'Cold Feet Killer' is one of the first and oldest My Goodness songs," vocalist/guitarist Joel Schneider admits. "I actually wrote the majority of the music on acoustic guitar before the band got its start. In a way it was one of the first few songs that ended up inspiring the creation of My Goodness."
The musical stylings of My Goodness is made of up of Joel Schneider (guitar & vocals) and Andy Lum (drums). The band's brand of bare bones indie rock resonates with listeners looking for a roadhouse blues style that is easy for girls to dance to and for the fellas to drink a beer and tap their feet. They provide the kind of music that could easily be the soundtrack to a Friday night of debauchery, on a night you'll never remember with friends you'll never forget. They originally formed in 2011, playing predominately around the PNW and quickly releasing their first album that same year.
After a short break in 2012 followed by the addition of Andy Lum on drums, My Goodness has found a renewed purpose and continues to move forward with a heavier, more aggressive sound.
