Knox Hamilton
Aug 10, 2014
Up and coming band, Knox Hamilton's first single, "Work It Out" is making waves on alternative radio and Spotify (where it's been played over 100k times) from their self-released EP, The Great Hall. Knox Hamilton recently signed to Prospect Park Records. The short video for the single features the band playing the tune at Mug's Cafe in North Little Rock, Arkansas, and goofing around their hometown together. The Great Hall EP is a culmination of Knox Hamilton's eclectic musical sensibilities, as individuals, and their combined infatuation with indie pop rock, as a band.
The quintet from Little Rock consists of brothers Boots (guitar and vocals) and Cobo (drums) Copeland, Brad Pierce (keys and vocals), and Drew Buffington (guitar). They have been playing and writing songs together for over five years. Knox Hamilton blend laid back guitar riffs and catchy bass lines with rhythmic drum beats and soaring vocals.
They have a busy tour scheduled this fall, starting in Colorado in early September and ending in Ohio at the end of October.
