Top-selling rock band THOUSAND FOOT KRUTCH gets ready to launch its "Born This Way Tour" into major markets across the US. Named for the hit single, "Born This Way," from the band's second consecutive No. 1 selling Billboard Hard Rock album, OXYGEN:INHALE, the tour begins Oct 7 at Mojoes in Chicago (Joliet, IL) and travels through Houston, Dallas, Minneapolis, Charlotte and many more before wrapping up Nov. 9 at Jake's Backroom in Lubbock, TX. Guest artists featured on select dates include We As Human, Righteous Vendetta and Like A Storm. With tickets on sale in all markets, see www.ThousandFootKrutch.com for the latest tour updates.
Driving the successful debut of OXYGEN:INHALE in part is the recording's lead single, "Born This Way," currently Top 20 at Under The Radar, Top 35 at Active Rock, Top 40 at Mainstream Rock and Top 5 Rock at Christian radio. As TFK turns up the song's volume on the road, NASCAR and Southeastern Conference (SEC) colleges also crank it up on ESPN through mid-December as the single continues to ascend the radio charts. The song further picks up over 311,000 views and 4,300+ likes on YouTube.
"We were made to be who we are, and every one of us is unique," says McNevan of the premise behind "Born This Way." "We're wired the way we are for a reason. We were all created equal, and this song is an anthem for everyone who's tired of being someone they're not, or has to dumb down who they are for someone else. Be yourself, you're the best version of you."
