Fans can visit www.cheerios.com/love to submit a short essay and photo showcasing what you love to do and how you take care of yourself to keep doing it. One lucky winner and a guest will receive a trip for two to Nashville to tour Martina's recording complex, Blackbird Studio, and listen to her music with her, including unreleased material. The winner will also get a tour of the Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum with Martina and receive VIP tickets to one of her upcoming concerts.
Another lucky winner and a guest will have lunch with Cal and get a tour of the Ripken Youth Baseball Academy with the "Iron Man of Baseball" himself. The winner will also throw out the first pitch at the Cal Ripken World Series game and sit in Cal's seats at a professional Baltimore baseball game.
