Luke Combs
Feb 17, 2021

River House/Columbia Nashville's Luke Combs has been named one of TIME Magazine's 100 most influential people in the world. This is the second annual list released by TIME featuring artists, phenoms, leaders, advocates and innovators. TIME's piece on Combs was penned by Garth Brooks.
“Amid a global pandemic, deepening inequality, systemic injustice and existential questions about truth, democracy and the planet itself, the individuals on this year’s list provide ‘clear-eyed hope,’" TIME Editor in Chief/CEO Edward Felsenthal stated in a letter to readers. "They are doctors and scientists fighting COVID-19, advocates pushing for equality and justice, journalists standing up for truth, and artists sharing their visions of present and future.” See the full list here and Brooks' short essay about Combs here.
