Curb Records artist Clay Walker is now in the fourth year of putting on the "Clay Walker Charity Classic (CWCC) ," golf tournament, returning to Pebble Beach Resorts in Pebble Beach, Calif., June 29-July 2, to raise money and awareness for multiple sclerosis (MS) research.
Walker's charity, Band Against MS (BAMS), is hosting the tournament at the resort's prestigious Pebble Beach Golf Links, The Links at Spanish Bay and Spyglass Hill Golf Course.
"I look forward to returning to Pebble Beach each year for the Clay Walker Charity Classic," said Walker. "The coastal setting and world-class golf at Pebble Beach are the perfect backdrop for our tournament, and our friends at the resort always make everyone feel welcome."
CWCC is the largest annual fundraiser for BAMS, with the event's Gala Auction raising more than $200,000 over the past three years to help further BAMS' goals. Players experience an exciting 54-hole tournament with competition being the best two balls of the four-person team. Guests will also be treated to an evening of music and celebration with dinner, live and silent auctions, and an exclusive concert by Clay Walker and special guests at the tournament's Gala event on Thursday, June 30.
Pebble Beach Golf Links has played host to five U.S. Open Championships along with the annual AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am Tournament.
