BNA artist Kellie Pickler will release her third album titled "100 Proof" on January 24th. The album is said have a traditional and fresh Country feel, and was produced by Luke Wooten and Frank Liddell, who has worked with Miranda Lambert and Lee Ann Womack.
The first song on the album is called "Where's Tammy Wynette" which was written by Jimmy Ritchey, Don Poythress, and Leslie Satacher. It is said to set the tone of what to expect on the rest of the album. Pickler co-wrote 6 of the 11 songs on "100 Proof" including "Long As I Never See You Again," with Dean Dillon and Dale Dodson.
Pickler said, "I'm just happy to be making Country music. I hope everyone enjoys the new music as much as I've enjoyed making it!"
Kellie's latest single "Tough" will be featured on "100 Proof" along with the song "Mother's Day" which she wrote with her husband Kyle Jacobs, and gives a glimpse into her personal life. Fans can pre-order the album at www.amazon.com.
