Bucky Covington
Aug 6, 2012
eOne Music artist Bucky Covington has been busy doing what all typical guys do- writing and producing duets with Shooter Jennings, racing cars, working with charities, creating viral videos and releasing a brand new album!
Bucky Covington's sophomore album "Good Guys" is set to hit stores on Tuesday, September 11th. Fans can pre-order the disc now, and also hear preview clips of each track on iTunes and Amazon. Additionally for a limited time, a special IAFF (International Association of Fire Fighters) version of the "Good Guys" album, that includes two bonus tracks, will be available for purchase.
A portion of "Good Guys" first week sales will benefit the International Association of Fire Fighters Charitable Foundation, in which Bucky has been closely working with over the past year by hosting benefit concerts, visiting burn units, and donating proceeds from his music and merchandise. Covington was recently honored at the IAFF Convention for his efforts, and will also be a driver in Nashville's "Legends Car Race" on August 11th to further support and benefit the organization.
The fourth track on Covington's new album is already gaining a lot of buzz. A video for the duet with Shooter Jennings entitled "Drinkin' Side Of Country" features cameos by country star Kellie Pickler, X Games medalist Kenny Bartram and TNA wrestler Mickie James. The official video debuted last week, and has already gained over 2 million views (and counting).
