Kenny Chesney
Jan 18, 2015
While the Columbia Nashville star Kenny Chesney has not been shy about releasing most information regarding his upcoming "The Big Revival Tour," he has shied away from publicly commenting on just how big of a party the opening night will be. Chesney will launch the tour in Nashville at Bridgestone Arena on Thursday, March 26th - which also happens to be his birthday! How will he celebrate? With his friends, of course!
"You know, when you're playing where everybody lives - and they know it's a party, well, all kinds of people show up!" teased Chesney. "So with the kinds of friends I have, who knows what kind of music we'll be making before the night's done. I just know that after a year and a half off, I'm so ready to get out there and make new music, to see the fans and hear them sing these songs back to us!"
While we can only speculate as to who - and how many - will turn out for this party, we can confirm that Jake Owen and Chase Rice will be the official opening acts for the show. Tickets go on sale Friday, January 23rd at 10a (CT). For more information about the birthday celebration of the year, visit www.KennyChesney.com.
