Elle King

Rising singer-songwriter Elle King's debut single is entitled "Ex's And Oh's". It is the lead track off her debut album "Love Stuff" on RCA Records. Buzz has been steadily building for King since the release of the single which is a crunchy Southern-rock bit of tough love for clingy exes. It was actually just nominated for a Teen Choice Award for best break-up song.

"I write when I'm going through something," King says. "Music is the one thing that helps me. Sometimes I don't know how I feel about things and then five months later I'll write a song about it and then I'll come back to it and think, 'Oh, that's what's going on inside your head, that's what you feel.' It's cool - it's like a conversation with me."

As the 26-year-old daughter of comedian Rob Schneider, King puts her bluesy-rock voice to work on hard-drinking party anthems and somber prayers. In 2012, she released her debut EP, "The Elle King EP" and the track "Playing for Keeps" became the theme song for VH1's Mob Wives Chicago series. King has toured with Of Monsters and Men, Train and Michael Kiwanuka.
