Two Promotions

HUBBARD BROADCASTING Adult Hits WARH (106.5 THE ARCH)/ST. LOUIS has upped part-timer BRANDON "BRANDO" LUTTMAN to afternoon drive and part-time host JAY PHILPOTT to full-time overnight host and Digital Content Specialist. 

PD KEVIN ROBINSON notes that LUTTMAN was one of the first part-time air talents hired by the station and hosted "Commercial Free SATURDAY Nights."  PHILPOTT, the veteran of markets like DALLAS, MINNEAPOLIS, MILWAUKEE, and SEATTLE, has been at THE ARCH since 2007.
