  Condolences to the family and friends of LARRY SHANNON, long time DALLAS/FORT WORTH air personality, founder of THE TEXAS RADIO HALL OF FAME and the Founder/Editor of RADIO DAILY NEWS, who died at his family farm in MISSOURI on THURSDAY.
  He had been fighting leukemia.
  In addition to his radio career, SHANNON served as chief of staff for Speaker of the House, TEXAS Congressman JIM WRIGHT during the 90s.
