Willie Nelson Cancels Performance Due To Illness

Country great WILLIE NELSON cancelled his concert for a fundraiser on SATURDAY (8/18) due to health issues. The fundraiser, called “LULU’S BARKIN’ BBQ,” was raising money to provide animal care and shelter in the DENVER area.

"I was told NELSON woke up and had trouble breathing, so he was taken to the hospital," said the host of “LULU’S BARKIN’ BBQ,” FRED BARTLIT.

NELSON is scheduled to perform at the HOUSE OF BLUES in DALLAS, TX on TUESDAY (8/21). No comment on if he will be physically well enough to put on the show.
