The filing of the paperwork at the FCC for the sale by CUMULUS-CITADEL spinoff trust POTENTIAL BROADCASTING, LLC of Classic Rock WRSR (103.9 THE FOX)/OWASSO-FLINT, MI shows that the price for the station is $1.15 million. The initial announcement of the deal did not disclose the price.
In other filings with the FCC, METRO NORTH COMMUNICATIONS, INC. has requested a Silent STA for WLWB/NEW HOLSTEIN, WI while it moves its transmitter site.
JOSEPH NAPPI, JR., the personal representative of EARLE KAZMARK's estate, has requested an extension of KAZZ/DEER PARK-SPOKANE's Silent STA while closing of the sale of the station to SPOKANE BROADCASTING COMPANY, LLC pends.
And BIRACH BROADCASTING CORP. has asked for an extension of its Silent STA for WPON-A/WALLED LAKE, MI due to technical problems at the tower site and "possible theft of equipment."
