NASA's 'Mohawk Guy' To Spin Music Thursday On Third Rock Radio

NASA's "Mohawk Guy," MARS SCIENCE LABORATORY Flight Director BOBAK FERDOWSI, will host a two hour show THURSDAY (8/30) on the NASA/RFC MEDIA-operated THIRD ROCK RADIO online station.   The show, "GETTING CURIOUS WITH THE MOHAWK GUY," will air at 4p (ET).

FERDOWSI, who gained fame as part of the team that landed the Curiosity rover on the Martian surface in early AUGUST and was immediately noticeable for his unusual haircut, said, "I never thought I'd be hosting a radio show.  Landing a rover on Mars rocks, and so does this music!"
