  Amends Credit Agreement
  
  In a seventh amendment to its credit agreement reflecting lenders' loosening of their terms and the company lowering its leverage ratio with the paying down of some of its debt, EMMIS COMMUNICATIONS CORP. amended its senior secured credit facility to provide for testing of the Total Leverage Ratio beginning TODAY (8/31) rather than NOVEMBER 30th, with the testing of minimum Consolidated EBITDA as of MAY 31st, 2012 rather than TODAY.
  The credit agreement is administered by BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.
