LACHLAN MURDOCH, son of RUPERT MURDOCH, is buying the 50% portion of DMG RADIO AUSTRALIA that he did not already own from partner DAILY MAIL AND GENERAL TRUST PLC for A$100 million plus 50% of the company's final dividend for the year ending SEPTEMBER 30th. 

MURDOCH took his existing 50% position in the company, owner of, among others, the NOVA stations across AUSTRALIA and Talk 5AA/ADELAIDE, in 2009,
