In other filings with the FCC, RADIO POWER INC. is donating FM translator W284BQ/DETROIT to FAMILY LIFE BROADCASTING SYSTEM for no consideration.  The translator, which RADIO POWER had briefly used to air a Smooth Jazz format as "104.7 THE OASIS," will rebroadcast Religion daytimer WUFL-A/STERLING HEIGHTS-DETROIT.
