WideOrbit Acquires OneDomain

WIDEORBIT has acquired ONEDOMAIN, INC., an ALABAMA-based software company that develops and markets media planning, research and business intelligence software to television and radio stations as well as ad agencies. 

Financial terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.
