Comedian ROLLIN “OSCAR” SULLIVAN of the GRAND OLE OPRY’s “LONZO & OSCAR” died at the age of 93 in NASHVILLE on FRIDAY (9/7). The comedy duo frequented the OPRY stage from 1947 until 1985.
ROLLIN SULLIVAN also had a career in broadcasting, beginning his radio career at WTJS in JACKSON, TN, as well as a recording career as a musician. LONZO & OSCAR as a duo, frequently appeared on various television and variety shows, including HEE HAW.
